Austin Weddings

Jordan and Matthew’s wedding celebration started off with a ceremony at the historic St. Mary’s Cathedral in the heart of downtown. We walked with the wedding party up and down Congress Avenue, taking pictures along the way. We were even flash mobbed by photographers at the Lomography Store Austin who couldn’t resist shooting the bride and groom as we passed by. The reception was an late night party at the Stephen F. Austin hotel, complete with a live band, hand rolled cigars, and one of most elaborate cakes we have ever seen!

Matt & Elena’s crazy weather wedding! A thunderstorm caught us in the middle of pictures and we all ran for cover. Ten minutes later, the sun came out with the most gorgeous blue sky!

This wedding at The Mansion made us feel like kids again! Cristina and Trevor and their amazing group of family and friends made this wedding truly unique. A Muppet cake, A band of pizza loving robot animals, and colorful handmade decorations set the scene for this great party. Congratulations to Cristina and Trevor!

It should come as no surprise that David & Ashley know how to throw a great party.  David is one of the comedic masterminds behind the hilarious online website HUMORdy.  It started with a  sunset wedding at Creekside, and then the party began with the  (Austin Partybooth) and the most enthusiastic karaoke we’ve ever seen!

What a fun wedding this was!  There was bowling, Polish honey vodka, the Grand March and even our photobooth (Austin Partybooth)!  It’s always an honor to shoot another photographers’ wedding,  and definitely fun to shoot one so unique.
